About BlueMoreRoasters
A small coffee roaster in Wymore, Nebraska with a simple goal: put a fresh, honest cup of coffee in your hands.
The BlueMoreRoasters Philosophy: Fresh. Local. Simple.
BlueMore Roasters started with a belief that great coffee doesn't need to be complicated. You don't need a fancy cafe or a long list of brewing gadgets. You need beans that were roasted recently, ground right before brewing, and made with care.
That's why we keep things simple. We offer a focused lineup of single origins, house blends, and decaf coffees, all roasted in small batches here in rural Nebraska. No stale beans sitting in a warehouse, and no shortcuts.
We are proud to be a local business serving our neighbors in Gage County and the surrounding area, with free local delivery within 65 miles and shipping for coffee lovers farther away.

How BlueMoreRoasters Roasts Coffee
Roasting is where green coffee beans develop the flavors we love. Lighter roasts keep more of a coffee's origin character, like fruit and floral notes, while darker roasts develop caramelized, chocolatey, and roasty flavors. We match each coffee to the roast level that tastes best for that bean.
Single origins
Our Brazilian, Guatemalan, Costa Rican, and Colombian coffees each show off the flavors of where they were grown.
House blends
Blends like our Morning Blend and Espresso Blend are built for balance and consistency, cup after cup.
Decaf done right
Our Decaf Brazil, Decaf Mexico, and Half Caff prove that less caffeine doesn't have to mean less flavor.
Why BlueMoreRoasters Says Grind Fresh
Once coffee is ground, it starts losing its aroma quickly. For the best cup, we recommend buying whole bean and grinding just before you brew. If you don't have a grinder, no problem: we'll grind your coffee to order for your drip machine, pour-over, French press, or espresso maker, so it's as fresh as possible when it arrives.
- Store coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.
- Buy amounts you'll use within a few weeks.
- Skip the freezer for your daily coffee; temperature swings add moisture.
