Tasting Notes: BlueMoreRoasters Brazilian Coffee

  • Roasted peanut
  • Cocoa
  • Caramel
  • Low acidity

Brazilian coffees tend to be heavy-bodied and mellow, which makes them a favorite for people who find some coffees too sharp or sour. We roast this single origin to a medium level to bring out its natural sweetness and keep a smooth, chocolatey finish.

Because it is so balanced, our Brazilian coffee is one of the most versatile beans we roast. It makes a rich cup in a French press, pulls a sweet shot of espresso, and is excellent as a cold brew base that stays smooth even when served over ice.

How to Brew BlueMoreRoasters Brazilian Coffee

  • French press: coarse grind, steep 4 minutes, then press slowly.
  • Cold brew: coarse grind, 1 part coffee to 8 parts cold water, steep 12-18 hours.
  • Espresso: fine grind; its low acidity makes for a forgiving shot.
